Reflective Support Sessions are private, one-on-one conversations designed to help you slow down, process what’s coming up, and gain clarity in a supportive, grounded way. These sessions offer space to reflect, speak openly, and reconnect with yourself — without pressure, urgency, or expectation.

This work is conversational and collaborative. Rather than being told what to do, you are supported in hearing yourself more clearly and identifying what feels most aligned for you.

Sessions may naturally include moments of reflection, grounding, or gentle body awareness, allowing both the mind and body to be part of the conversation.
