AwakenHer: In the Beginning

AwakenHer is a monthly empowerment workshop series for teen girls (ages 15–18) designed to guide them through the sacred transition from girlhood to womanhood.

Rooted in self-discovery, sisterhood, and emotional well-being, each session offers a supportive space where girls explore identity, build confidence, and awaken their feminine power. Through intentional dialogue, creative expression, mindfulness practices, and gentle movement, participants will learn to embrace who they are while forming meaningful connections with others on the same journey.

This is more than a workshop — it’s a safe space for growth, healing, and awakening.

Each session includes:

    •    Group activities centered around self-worth, intuition, and identity

    •    Guided conversations, journaling, and creative expression
