A Transformational Workshop for Teen Girls (Ages 15-18)
"She’s not lost—she’s just rising."
AwakenHer is a sacred workshop experience created to guide teen girls on a journey of self-discovery, emotional growth, and inner empowerment. This isn’t your typical classroom or seminar—it’s a soul-centered space where girls can be seen, supported, and reminded of who they truly are.
Through movement, mindfulness, creativity, and real conversations, AwakenHer helps young women begin to heal, express, and embrace their personal power.
This Workshop is for girls who:
• Are navigating big emotions and don’t always have a safe space to talk
• Struggle with confidence, anxiety, or self-image
• Feel overwhelmed or disconnected from themselves
• Are ready to grow emotionally, spiritually, and socially
• Simply want to be in community with other girls doing the same
What to Expect:
• SEL-based learning (Social-Emotional Learning that meets girls where they are)
• Energy Painting + Creative Expression
• Movement & Mindfulness (gentle yoga, Divine Motion, grounding exercises)
• Group Talk Circles & Journaling
• Affirmation Building & Inner Work
• Fun, connection, and a soft, healing environment

Here, they’ll learn tools that nourish their mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness—tools they can carry with them long after the workshop ends.

Each AwakenHer workshop includes a nourishing lunch and light refreshments, thoughtfully prepared to support energy and focus throughout the day. Girls will also receive all necessary materials for creative activities, as well as a special take-home empowerment gift bag filled with tools to continue their journey beyond the session.
