This online-only class offers a supportive and judgment-free environment to gently introduce foundational postures, breathwork, and mindful movement. Each session is intentionally paced to help you connect with your body, calm your mind, and build confidence on the mat. With clear guidance, demonstrations, and space to ask questions, you’ll learn how to move safely and intentionally—even if you’ve never practiced before.
